Make it Monday // DIY Notes Pages using PicMonkey

I can't stop guys.  I can. not. stop. with the planner DIY's. And I just can not stop with using PicMonkey to create things.  Honestly, if you asked me my favorite creative tool right now, it would probably be PicMonkey.  I love how versatile the program is.  I love the professional results you can get in such a simple program.  I love that there's not learning curve - drag, drop, create!  Seriously, it is that easy.  Today I wanted to combine 2 previous tutorials into another cool planner printable - printable notes pages.  If you're a planner addict like me you're probably familiar with the Target Dollar Spot notes pages and if you're any thing like me you hardly want to use them because eventually they will be gone!  So we're going to make our own today!

Supplies: monogram from this DIY, patterns from this DIY, printer, PicMonkey.com, word processor (I'm using Microsoft Word), knife or paper trimmer, six hole punch,

Today we're doing things a little differently - I have a video/screen cast tutorial for you!  Pardon my paint hands but I just had to film this for you all!
Here are some more tips:
Leave PicMonkey open - if you find you want to change something after you've printed your image you'll need to have the program open to change anything.  Otherwise you'll be starting from scratch all over again.

Do a test print - print your pages, trim, and punch to see how they look.  If you like the way they look print them on your preferred paper.  You can even try printing back to front.  You can also take these to a place like staples to have them printed.

Save your Word document - if you plan on printing more in the future, save the word document that way you don't have to go through all the hassle of resizing your image, etc, again.
The iPhone 5 option is the perfect option to create personal sized notes pages.  So handy!  You can also customize your pages with different headers, etc, that make sense for you.  PicMonkey offers tons of free fonts and overlays but if you want access to the Royale feature sign up here - $4.99/mo or $33/year....such a great deal for such a powerful machine!

What are your favorite things to write on your notes pages?  Are you always afraid you'll run out of the pages you love?

xoxo, Moe
